We are happy to exchange or refund any product that is damaged.

If the salt product or the book is damaged, please CONTACT US with at least one photograph (of the damaged product(s)) within 3 days of receiving either or both items.

We do not accept returns of any products that has been opened, used or due to “change of mind”.

If an item is missing in your order or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll rectify the error.

In exceptional circumstances and where the customer notifies us within two (2) hours of placing an order we may, at our discretion, elect to process a refund or amend your order with an alternative product provided the order has not been processed.
