Phil is a qualified chef and trainer and has taught Meat: Cooked To Perfection at St George and Sutherland Community College on a part time basis since 2011.

His course has been so well received that it prompted him to create the book: Your Meat Mate based on his teachings.

With a focus on skills and knowledge to perfect red meat cooking, throughout the book, Phil’s aim is for the home chef to be able to create restaurant quality red meat meals with confidence and a level of professionalism only seen in commercial kitchen enterprises.
