Have a group of you (let’s say 15-20 people) for dinner and leave it up to Philby’s Fine Foods Catering to organize the food!
The other option is for you to go out to a restaurant and pay top dollar for your meals. If you order an upmarket meal, understandably, that will cost more than an ordinary meal. If you hire me to cook for a large group of you, I just charge and hourly rate plus the cost of the food. It doesn’t matter whether you asked for the most upmarket fillet of beef with the most delicious sauce to accompany it or whether you asked for a hardboiled egg, my hourly rate is the same plus the food cost.
Philby’s Fine Foods Catering is by far the most economical option. I can create an absolutely delicious menu at very economical prices.

Please note that the menu is a guide only and can be totally adaptable to your needs. You may wish to have a buffet style dinner encompassing a portion (small or large) of the entire menu. That can easily be done!!!
If you wish for a dish that is not listed below, please feel free to enquire about it.
Seafood
Salmon Fillets – pepper berry and wattle seed seasoned. Lightly pan fried and served in a caramelized orange sauce.
White Fish – pan fried deep sea perch fillet served in a freshly squeezed reduced lemon sauce.
All of the above presented on a bed of leek risotto and served with green vegetables.Red Meat
Rare Roast Beef - tender cut of your choice of eye fillet, scotch fillet, or rump, Served in a home- made gravy sauce, red wine sauce or Philby’s béarnaise sauce - your choice.
Pan fried or barbeque beef steaks (choice of eye fillet, scotch fillet, or rump) seasoned with Maldon sea salt, wattle seed, and ground pepper-berry.
The rare roast beef and the pan fried or barbeque beef steaks are served with your choice of native seasoned pan fried potatoes or mash potatoes, sautéed seasoned garlic mushrooms, and green vegetables.
Osso Bucco - Slow roast tender veal knuckle served in a vegetable Napolitana sauce.
Italian Beef Casserole – incredibly slow roasted beef served with vegetables and fresh herbs in a Napolitana sauce.
Both the Osso Bucco and the Italian Beef Casserole are served on a bed of rice.
Chicken
Chicken Drumsticks – marinated in Philbys very own Moroccan Angel Sesame Sauce. Oven baked until a golden brown and, yes, so tender and so delicious!
North African Style Chicken – chicken breast marinated in a delicious blend of ground coriander, native spices, paprika, and seasoning. Pan fried and served in Philby’s very own Chilli Mint Harissa Sauce.
Whole Chicken – deliciously seasoned with fresh garlic and lemon juice, marinated in home- made chicken stock and oven roasted to a nice golden brown.
Chicken Schnitzel – seasoned with Australian Native spices, herbed crumbed, and pan fried chicken breast pieces, accompanied with lemon and served with Philby’s Aioli sauce.
All of the above served with your choice of native seasoned pan fried potatoes or mash potatoes, sauteed seasoned garlic mushrooms, and green vegetables.
Risottos - have as an accompaniment or as a main!

Mushroom - a risotto totally enhanced by the marinated mushrooms!
Herbed lentil - characterized by the fresh herbs and accompanied with lentils makes this dish a terrific meal on its own.
Salads
Greek salad – feta cheese, olives, and garden vegetables served in a freshly squeezed lemon vinaigrette salad dressing.
Garden salad - seasonal garden vegetables served in a freshly squeezed lemon vinaigrette salad dressing.
Tunisian Cous Cous Salad – Tunisian spices, toasted almonds, dried currants and parsley.
Avocado - Marinated layer of avocado slices served on a bed of cabbage and other vegetables drained and drizzled in a unique blend of Moroccan sweet and spicy sesame dressing.
Camembert Fettuccine – Fettuccini marinated in Camembert
Cheese, chopped fresh basil, sliced tomatoes, toasted almonds and olive
oil.
